Erick vs Erick

If you really look into the above picture, actually the bird is scratching at its own image-by the other meaning, fighting itself.

Well, that's what happenning to me.

There are things that I have been doing or had done which I found to be wrong, whatever they are.

For such reason, I have to go against myself to stop myself from doing the same thing.

I have to change myself.

But why?

Currently, I have been doing a lot of faultiness and the effects are severe-too bad that they took me days, some even months to forget them-I lost one of my best friend, annoying others, and a lot more.

Huh...

This thing is very hard to endure.

Pray for my success.

And last but not least, to those whom I have annoyed, I'm really sorry!

From 'saya-kau' to 'aku-kau'

If any of you have realized, I have actually changed the way I converse with almost all of you from 'saya-kau' to 'aku-kau'.

It was quite hard at first, but at last, I made it although still, I'm not very used to it.

Well, that's how I converse in my place there in Sabah.

But 'awak' is not a pronoun that I have ever used to talk to someone before I left for my study in Peninsular Malaysia.

I hope that's clear to everybody.

But then, why did I change it?

It is because I do not want some of you to feel 'weird' when talking to me - it is a kind of adaptation - because I know, not everybody like to use the word 'saya' when talking to a person in the same age as him/her here in this place where I'm studying.

I made this effort in hope that nobody would feel 'weird' when speaking to me and I hope it works.

Thank you for reading.
I appreciate it very much.

Erick Naim.
